Swiss' self-generated problem was that he was selective over the options available in his choice - he only used the two (out of four) that support his preferred lifestyle: Asian man v European woman. Why was his choice not Asian woman v European man (or even European man v European woman and Asian man v Asian woman, to complete the picture).
It appears that he is twisting Alfs' evolutionary claim that a man generally prefers to talk to a woman than a man in such situations (I can't offer a woman's viewpoint, so maybe Swiss can help out here).
If pressed on what is a trivial and unimportant point, I suspect I would PREFER being served/attended to by a young, fit, attractive woman provided her skills in bar-work were the equal of all other candidates for the role, but, as has been pointed out, the delivery of a good product it the true game changer.
Having a pair of bollocks and knowing what they're for probably plays a big part in my preferences; denying those preferences doesn't somehow make me more "evolved" or further from the treetops than someone who shags anything in a skirt.
The pint is the message, the bartender the messenger; if you focus on the messenger it could lead people to believe you feel that they are of far greater importance than the actual message, whatever it is.

I agree with a lot of that as I don't know why we should have the MOBI awards. It's 2018 not the 50s. At the Brits artists win regardless of colour.
I'm not saying we should have a black Bond as some part of a positive discrimination at all. But of if the right actor for the part comes among then so be it. I said before I don't think Alba's right for the part anyway.

I'd quite like to see a black man playing bond. Each time they change the actor, we are supposed to accept that he's playing the same character. Just like Dr Who but without the special effects. So why not make him black? Could be interesting. But I don't think Idris Elba's right for the part, and I think he's ruled himself out anyway.
The one I thought was really silly was the Harry Potter stage play. They go to great length to find a Harry and a Ron who look convincingly like grown up versions of Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint respectively, i.e. basing the casting on the film adaptation of the books, then cast some random black woman as Hermione. I'm sure she's a fantastic actor, but this was clearly done to make a point.
